Shipping Policy

Everything on 3rdEra is printed to order, so delivery has two stages: making your item, then shipping it.
When your order ships
Orders are shipped within 7 days of your order and payment (usually 2–4 working days of printing first). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location, so most orders arrive in about 5–10 working days in total. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. These are estimates: delivery is subject to the courier company's or post office's norms, and we are not liable for delays on their side.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value and nothing to pay at the door. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Couriers and delivery address
Orders go through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. Delivery is made to the address you give at checkout, so please check your address, PIN code and mobile number before paying. The courier needs a reachable phone number. We deliver within India only for now; if you are outside India, message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can do.
Tracking and delivery updates
Once your parcel ships we share the tracking details by email and on your order page. Use Track order on the website with your order number and mobile number at any time. If your tracking says "delivered" but you did not receive the parcel, please contact us within 24 hours.
Failed deliveries
Pick-up and delivery are attempted by the courier more than once. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, or because delivery was refused or nobody was available, we can send it again once you pay the shipping charge again, or refund the item price minus the shipping already spent.
Multiple items
Items in one order may be printed on different days and can ship in separate parcels. You pay shipping only once.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photos or a short video of the packaging while opening it and tell us within 7 days. See the Returns policy.
