About these products

Our tees and caps are made to order: each item is printed and finished after you pay. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed product because every display is different. Sizes are on the size guide; measurements can vary by about 1 inch because garments are cut and sewn by hand.

Independent fan merchandise

3rdEra is an independent brand. Designs referencing athletes, events or organisations are fan art and are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any athlete, league or organisation named or shown.

Prices and tax

All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Placing an order and payment

Your order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract when your payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We accept online payment only (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets), processed by PayU. We do not offer cash on delivery. If your payment fails or the amount is debited without an order confirmation, the bank or PayU normally reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days; if not, write to us with the transaction details and we will help.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item cannot be produced, a price or product detail was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Intellectual property

The designs, photos, text and logos on this site belong to 3rd Era Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. Names and marks of third parties belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, place fraudulent orders or use it for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are free of defects. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer forum where you live.
